Brooke Newman is in her 18th year at St. Alban's Episcopal Day School. She has served as the Curriculum Specialist, a Second Grade teacher, a Kindergarten teacher, and the Enrichment Coordinator. Prior to coming here, Brooke taught 3rd grade for five years. She has a Bachelor of Elementary Education from Abilene Christian University and an Elementary Teaching Certificate (PK-6th). Brooke is married to Ryan Newman and has two children, Nate (21) and Adeline (19). Both are graduates of St. Alban’s Day School and now attend Texas A&M University in College Station. She is an active member of St. Alban's Episcopal Church.
Father John Inserra is in his seventh full year as Rector (Senior Pastor) of St. Alban’s. He is a graduate of Nashotah House Episcopal Seminary with a Master of Divinity and was ordained a priest in 2010. Prior to St. Alban’s, Fr. John served churches in New Orleans, LA and Sheridan, WY. Fr. John has been married to his wife, Sarah, for 18 years and they have one daughter, Rosie, who is a 5th grader at St. Alban’s. Fr. John is passionate about faith, family, food, and football. He is acquainted well with suffering and heartbreak, being a life-long Buffalo Bills fan.

Alicia Forshage is in her eleventh year at St. Alban’s. She has served as a 3rd grade teacher, 4th grade teacher, physical education teacher and the marketing coordinator. Alicia has a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science (EC-12) degree from Texas State University in San Marcos, as well as an EC-6 Generalist Texas teaching certification. She is a St. Alban’s alum, and has been in the St. Alban's community since 1992. She is married to Glynn Forshage and together they have two children: Landon (9) and Audrey (6) who both attend St. Alban's.

Christina Uribe is in her eighth year at St. Alban’s and has taught Kindergarten for five years. Prior to coming to St. Alban’s, Christina worked for the U.S. Department of Treasury for four years. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and an Early Childhood through 6th grade teaching certification. Christina has two children who attend St. Alban’s: Theodore, 4th grade, and Gwendolyn, 2nd grade.

Kay-Lynn Hirst is in her 3rd year at St. Alban’s Episcopal Day School. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University and has been a pediatric nurse for 23 years. Her experience includes pediatric and neonatal intensive care units, and elementary school nursing. Kay-Lynn is married to Steve Hirst and they have three children, Mary Alice (21), Charlie (18) and Evaline (12). Kay-Lynn is happiest when she is outdoors with her family.

Maria Uribe has been with St. Alban’s for thirteen years, as both an instructional aide and a teacher. She has her CDA and is a member of the NAEYC. Prior to coming to St. Alban’s Maria worked at Wesley Preschool and as a substitute teacher with HCISD. Prior to her time here, she taught 4th grade in SCUC ISD for 2 years. She has lived in the Valley with her husband Michael for the past 13 years. Their two children Sean (6th grade) and Scarlett (2nd grade) are also St. Alban’s students.

Roberta Lee was a Navy nurse; however, upon returning to college she found her passion in art. She has a BFA and Masters in Art and has taught at the university level and previously taught at St Alban's. She has owned and operated her art studio for almost 40 years.
